Good morning! We actually have sunshine today as tha smoke is clearing off!

Heading to camp later, DH’s cardiologist ordered a stress test for later because he’s been experiencing chest pain. WHICH he didn’t tell me about until we were in our doctor’s office yesterday!!

Other than that…hope the rain you’re having down south clears out some or all of your fire-smog!

@walkonby , he failed his stress test, got chest pains and they almost sent him to emerg, but the pain subsided. He has nitro which he’s to carry at all times, and he does as long as I’m there to remind him.

It’s a little scary…..

oh crap! @Lynn49 I'm so sorry......I was only poking fun a bit but this is now more daunting for you ( and him ) than I understood! My Mom took that stuff too. ( nitro ).
Dare I again try to lighten the mood here with a story? When my Mom was first placed on nitro, I became confused about what it was called when I was telling a coworker about it. What I told them was " my Mom has to put drops of hydrachloric acid under her tongue when she feels any chest pains ". Can you imagine the look of horror on my friend's face?

Just popping in on a quiet Saturday night. @Lynn49 sorry to hear about DH heart problems but glad he's getting it all checked out.
Smoke free yesterday and today for which I am truly thankful, although I'm not one to pass on a good campfire just not as intense.
Managed to cause myself new pain by pulling weeds yesterday.Getting old is not for sissies!
Must head off in hopes of getting something else done tonight. Enjoy the weekend my friends!

Thank you, @walkonby , @Skippy for your thoughts on my Hubby's new predicament; I sure do make sure he has his nitro on him at all times!!

Just got back from camp, brrrrr!!! 11 this morning! We were going to stay the day and overnight, but there's no sitting outside in that nonsense! Dropped by the kids' rv on the way out...they're on their sofa and chair under their awning with their propane table fire going..so cozy!!! They'll have left shortly after us.

I hope you're all enjoying a smoke-smog-free day now, it was so nice seeing that blue sky yesterday!
