happy hump day gang. My last chiro appt. is this Friday and then the rest is up to me. It will be the honour system now for doing my daily stretches, the stationary bike....but c'mon....how good can I be continuing with no one checking up on me!!? ( :icon_scratch: :rolleyes: ) After a month or so I'll have my follow up progress appt. to see :hahaha:if I get a Gold Star or not. Stay tuned.

Not sure I " got " the 2 memes you posted @GoJays ?? There are days I'm slower and the jokes go right over my head!
Now lets discuss cleaning and how doing any of it is detrimental to ones health.
I enthusiastically volunteered to tackle the downstairs bathroom yesterday. Mainly the 3 glass doors of the shower that
were screaming to be de-scumbed. To the naked eye they were " o.k. " but I knew a film of stuff was stuck on the inside.
Today I woke up to my left wrist being totally sprained, swollen and sore! This came from gripping the razor blade tightly
while scraping all the glass surfaces in downward strokes.
Sigh.....Sure they're all glistening now but for how long? Cleaning: not worth it sometimes.
