oh @Lynn49 I was so so very very sad....and mad!! First they disallow the Preds goal which was a perfectly good goal btw!!
Then for Pens to score that only goal with a minute or so left.....ugh!!! Wanted to rip out my hair....as soon as the empty netter went in I flipped the channel.
I simply refused to watch ANY of the Pens celebrations. Which means " it didn't happen! "
I hate Sydney so much!! why?? I don't know.

Anyways, sweltering hot here, we caved and flipped on the Central air....just starting to cool off in here now.

Funny, sorry, but I felt exactly the opposite, and no, don't agree, that wasn't good goal, hard to take for them though.
I like Sidney, and hate Suban. Happy the Penguins won.

Hi, everyone!!

Busy day, the pinata cupcakes for our GS to bring to school tomorrow for his b'day are made, went to lunch with our DD who took the day off, then she flies off to a conference in TO for the next two days, then the big weekend at camp. It's threatening rain!!!!

DH just booked a little b'day trip for me to Stratford to see two plays, the HMS Pinafore, and Guys & Dolls...we enjoy musicals, but if Julius Caesar was on, I'd surely dump one of them!

It was a scorcher here today, also...except for being on the deck with 'the kids' after we had lunch and the guys came back from golf, I've hid inside! We usually keep the house at 68F (20C) at night, but about 70 in the house during the day.

Time for dinner....I hope eveyone had a glorious day and/or a lovely evening!!

Ohhhh Lynn it's so cold here .. only 6 degrees and calling for snow flurries tomorrow.. omg !! Good aft, everyone.

Son's surgery went well, now he just has to deal with the recovery. My husband will stay at his place with him overnight, since his housemates are away.

Hello every1. It was raining here almost all day today. I didn't care since I had so much on my plate. Just sat down for the 1st time. Didn't have time for breakfast, lunch or dinner, so just had a bowl of cereal.
I sure hope they're wrong about rain on Saturday, that's my garage sale.
I wanted to take a minute though to pop in to wish you a good evening.
@Lynn49 - can't wait to hear how those cupcakes went over.

Mmmmmm Lynn .. I guess I'm going start making some beer , drinking it too huh lol be happy will that one I can do . . Make best of it .. It's depressing after hard winter , then spring is soon be lost cause and if this is sign of summer it's going suck too .. I guess we got suck it up .. or pack my suitcase and head to warmer place soon .. hope we get some warm weather.. have wonderful evening Lynn and enjoy warm weather.. No tan in Newfoundland we only rust lol
