    Good morning @GoJays and @flemeth . I get ready so early then sit and drum my fingers on the table as if it's someone else's fault. lol.
    So to answer your query GoJays, I walked UNASSISTED with no cane or walker all around the physio workout room on Thursday. Did I break any speed records? nope.
    But the elation I felt was immeasurable. The confidence I gained just from that was the best feeling ever!
    I still fall into bad habits with bad posture and leaning too heavily on a walker when I do use it. Things will progress every day.
    o.k. gang, it's time to get Frankie his breakfast worms!

    morning gals!

    Today's therapy session was a huge improvement from Monday. I left feeling quite upbeat.
    Then when I came back home I just had to grab the camera and snap a close up of these tulips
    that have bloomed in one of the beds.
    The edges of the ones in front are all jagged, so cool! I have no idea what kind of tulip they are.

    thanks @GoJays ! I kept forgetting to ask DH what they were called. So the long weekend is about to star. Atm I see a gloomy dreary sky, that figures!!
    Maybe its'll switch to sunshine as the morning moves along. Already had a coffee, DH brewed me one around 5:30 a.m. ( yeah, way too early ) but now
    I feel I shouldn't have another.
    Wouldn't take much to justify me enjoying a second mug though?? We'll see.
    The only real semi-plan we have for Victoria Day is a BBQ here on Sunday with the kids?? Still up in the air though as one works on weekends.
