Welcome back @Redneck Charger ; we missed you.
Happy to hear most of the problems have improved, but not so pleased about the nerve issues.

90% unpacked @danger_dan, that's wonderful !!! You REALLY are home now.

You seem to have such bad luck @avoncallingu. The lack of cupboard & closet space, only 3% unpacked,Sadie, your friend.
I pray things turn around for you.

Sorry about all your pain @Natalka, but happy you have such wonderful support from your DH & your DS.

What a great w/end you had @Lynn49, and now you're working on that quilt. Some of your favourite things.

With over 200 @ that party @walkonby, it's scary that so many can be hurt and killed, yet no one will talk. If that's all gang related, I can't even imagine living anywhere near them. I'd be afraid to even sit outside in the evening.

You seem to be doing really well with your new diet @cabmonk. Keep up the good work.

You have such a different lifestyle than anything I'm use to @Newfiescreech - very interesting, and such beautiful scenery.

Sorry I wasn't around yesterday. On Saturday evening, my sister had a heart attack. It turned out to be a mild one, but scary since her last one was major, requiring surgery, and a 2 1/2 month hospital stay. So, I stayed with her @ the hospital until this morning.
She's out of the woods, for now, so I had to pick Jake up, and get home. He's still sick, and I'm really worried about him. I didn't want to leave him with the sitter any longer than necessary.

Oh, some good news, I have a new car. Well, it's not new, but much newer than mine.
It's a hard-top convertible. I'll post more pics when I get a chance. Here's one from the ad.

Sorry to hear about your sister, wishing her a speedy recovery.

And Jake - give him a good rub behind the ears for me! Hope he'll be okay soon.

Lynn - unfortunately, in our family, knee problems are hereditary through my mom's side - the initial condition is chondromalacia, but that ends up getting complicated more as we age, get arthritis, etc. About 15 yrs ago I had surgery on the left knee, but the right has also given me problems. Usually strengthening exercises help, but in this case, not. And it's not swollen, which is good - just doesn't let me stand. Investigation continues....

Oh my, Hicks! I am sending wishes and prayers that your sister heals well and quickly.

Natalka, Capricorn, right? Our knees are our Achilles Heel -so to speak. Hope you get relief from your pain soon.

Hicks, I am significantly more than 3% unpacked, but I swear someone keeps shoving boxes in through the window when I am sleeping!

I scrubbed the bathtub with "Method" cleaning spray that my cleaning lady liked. Just about choked! Literally had to do it in 3 sessions and sit outside in between.

Dan, my nephew is being a counselor at Camp Quin-Mo-Lac which is near Peterborough. Nice part of the country. At least you're not driving with the sun in your eyes morning and night.

Severe thunderstorms have been threatening on & off all day, but completely missed us.
But, welcome to fall. Geez it's cold out there.
Well, we've gone from rain, rain, & more rain, to cold fall days.
We had a few summer-like days, but I want real summer !!!!!!!!!!

It has been a disaster, hasn't it Hicks? The two last weeks that our SIL and Grandson spent at camp were the best and only we've had this year!
So...I'm planning for Christmas now.
