It's an airless fryer. I like it but there are some mixed reviews on it. It has done everything I have ever cooked just fine but some people complain it leaves things undercooked or overcooked etc. It takes some getting used to it because it is true that you sometimes have to adjust the cooking times that they state in instructions.
It can be very hard to clean because the big bowl is really heavy.
