a bit of a late check in here from me, but I was um....decorating my Christmas tree and .......PSYCHE!!! That little white lie was for you @Lynn49 Thanks for that reminder that the blessed day is very near.
There will be no tree again this year....IF anything I will place my pre-decorated vases and scatter some cute Christmas stuffies around the main floor tables.

Love hearing that you are out and about a bit @22hicks ! Must feel good to do a few things on your own again, especially getting out to drive. Freedom!

Aw @avoncallingu that home where Sadie will be sounds like a great fit. It still is sad though that you had to surrender her.

My body is still aching head to toe ( self inflicted ) as we are re-organizing and mini renovating a few areas in the basement and kitchen. Nothing too fancy, just an upgrade and some much needed cleaning. I've taken for granted how easily I used to be able to toss things around, now I have to plan carefully, bend at the knees, usually ask for help ( which I hate doing ) and take many breaks in between jobs.
No wonder this is taking so long??

I have swallowed some Robaxacet over the last week here and there hoping to get some relief but the back and leg pain always finds its way back...grr!
Hope everyone cheered on the Leafs tonight!! They finally won but it took a shoot out to get it!

Got my order from walmart but peanuts I ordered were sent separately from Calgary lol. Got more hot chicken sauce for .54 a can on clearance. I think I bought 15 so far. I like scouring walmarts site for clearance items. I saw some kind of avacado pesto for .50 cents a few weeks ago. Hope everyone is having a good day so far.

Good morning all! I had to smile at the "accuweather" this morning - current temp -3. BUT. For all you Sun worshippers- REAL FEEL - -1. Whoohoo I will rush right out there in my shorts!

Sunny today but snow predicted for tomorrow. Well I have my boots and snow tires.
Got to launch into this lovely day!

MRI in Woodstock went fine. Even though it was just my foot in the machine for 20 minutes, I felt incredibly claustrophobic! Resorted to prayer and meditation.

Oh, I hear ya about that MRI machine, @avoncallingu ....I was totally in it for about 20 minutes and had to keep my eyes shut and make up stories about all that clanging and banging noise the machine makes! hahaha...whatever gets us through, right?

Good finally sunny morning, everyone!!!

+2 here this morning, feels like -1, so I guess there's a bit of a breeze. DH is walking Jenny and I am just planning out my day...it will likely involve GS's winter quilt now that I have a pile of coordinating fabrics to play with! Just a matter of designing the patterns I want to use.

I hope you're all having sunshine today, too...it sure has been dull and dreary lately...I saw a poll on the weather channel that 69% of our pop voted to do away with daylight savings time...it's SO dark so early!!

The 8 day stars and thunder line up was just announced for here in Timmins next year. Bryan Adams, Our Lady peace, Matthew Good, The Beach Boys and many many more. Some people will still not be happy happy because they want rap and heavy metal, etc but the lineup is pretty damn good.
