Chat-a-Thon 2017-18 Thread!

When I was at Walmart yesterday there was a bunch of Christmas decorations, cookies, chocolates etc marked 75% off. So I picked up 3 boxes of chocolates and 1 box of cookies. Right after that 2 customer service people were talking to another employee telling them no this is all wrong it's supposed to be 50% off. They're like well i was told to put all these signs here for 75% off. All 3 walked away with the customer service person saying this isn't going to be good lol. So I take my groceries and say to the cashier that these were all marked down 75% and here's what the full price is and they were like oh ok if there were signs saying 75% off I'll do that for you. Right as I was done I saw the manager looking at the display so hopefully they got it all worked out. Either way I got the 75% off lol. :P

@cabmonk you were at the right place at the right time . I went this morning in search of some candles and air freshener deals it says on line $0.81 and when I get to the store it's $6.99. I show the CSM that there store is showing the sale price on line and she was shocked . She would not honour that price. So glad you get the mark down

@flemeth Yeah I wasn't sure if after I was done and saw the manager if he was looking at it to leave it at 75% off or change it to 50% off. He was probably going to have them change it to 50% off because that's what was in the system. Just easier for them to leave it like it rings in, much easier to change a few signs lol.

This happened a year ago but I still wanted to share it lol. Why is it I always end up at theatre with idiots. 2 girls giggling whole time at nothing and kicking my seat while on their phones. Why even go to a movie you can do that at home. Giggling at the guy saying red roof inn thinking he said red wolf inn. Neither of those are funny you bobble heads lol. Actually Red wolf inn sounds like a pretty nice place to stay. :P

Just me again lol sorry. :P

Anyway after trying to find a family doctor for at least 3 years now I found a doctor accepting new patients which is really hard here. I went today to fill out their new patient in take forms which were like 6 pages of questions. The receptionist took the papers and will pass along to the doctor. I won't know for a while if they accept me but I hope so.

If you did not tell them you celebrated NYE in every time zone you should be ok ! Good Luck! :biggrin:
