Lol, I narrowed it down to 3 but the black chair from Walmart is 90% the one I'll buy. I can't buy it until Feb 6th and I hope the price is still $227 by then.

@GoodBoy , I somehow came across his poetry when I was a teenage, not sure at what age, but being Ukrainian I had my loyalties to Ukraine and never entangled myself in his works. I didn't know anything more about him other than he was Russian and that was good enough...or shall we say, 'bad' enough for me. I loved poetry, but like any teenage girl, more about love than politics, which I determined his poems were grounded in. I have no idea who introduced me to him, come to think of it.
I can imagine it was a tremendously moving evening.

Drive in was pretty good this morning. no major delays.
...going home should be fun though...a little bit of snow and it seems like everyone forgets how to drive!

Good morning folks!

For fellow Tootie lovers- she's coming along well. She's loving the $3.50 per can special dog food that the vet sold me. Now to s-l-o-w-l-y move her back (after her mouth has healed) to the regular vet-prescribed stuff.

Last week was a very hard one for my friends -4 of my good friends lost parents. The funerals start today.So very hard to lose your last parent, as many of us know.
Snow is moving in today just to paint the landscape for us again.

Well, I must get up and take Tootie out. She was very "worried" last night and wouldn't stop licking her paws. I think her mouth must be itchy as it heals.

As Cat Stevens would sing.... "Morning has broken " and my day has begun.
