Hope you have been doing wildly exciting things!
Well where on earth did my post go from a few hours ago?!
Short story....Avon's gone home. Flew away earlier, and I hope she had a nice time with us; we tried to provide her with as much amusement as we could: camping, a couple of party days there, shopping here, a super-duper thunderstorm, and a quiet morning before she launched. There never seems to be enough time when we're together for chatting, but we probably put a dent in all the stuff we wanted to chat about. I bet she's happy to be home with her Tootie!!
We had an awful storm last night, lost power for about 15 minutes, some parts of the city still no power (4,000 homes), many trees, power-lines down, but thank heavens no one was hurt! DH and I stood outside under our front doorway roof and watched it all unfold: it was marvelous because we had no idea of the damage it would cause!!
A couple of days at home before we head to ths island again, this weekend's the fish-fry on Saturday with some band that they bring in for the night. Always fun!!
