Fries are one thing some people complain about in it. A lot of people complain it takes more time then they state and you can only do a single layer. I have done fresh cut fries in it before and they were ok but not great. Also you have to turn them over half way through cooking. That's one disadvantage that you have to turn food over including if you are doing a whole chicken. Def check out reviews on it, some are not great but I never had a major issue.
Im pretty good today just a little pain but I'll be ok thanks. :)

Good Morning Ladies, Gents, How are we all doing today? Well went to physio yesterday, and they told me I am not resting my leg enough, nor am I lifting it enough... I forgot what she called it when you push to the swelling and it doesn't spring right back... Something to do with circulation... So she told me to put my leg up more often... So what do I do... I watch the hockey game in the basement, sit in my easy boy.... watch the game, game over, put a movie in... and woke up at 10 this morning, with my foot still on the floor. So foot is probably 3 times the size from swelling... So I'm just telling you, cuz not going to contribute lots today, but going to sit on the easy boy upstairs in the sunroom with my leg up all day... Hopefully see you here tomorrow... I went back to try sleep for a little while, and how nice it was to wake up to it being warmer, -30 windchill instead of the earlier -38 w/c! Hoping for even warmer as the day goes on...

Going to try the whole chicken in the big boss fryer maybe next week. It says a 4lb whole chicken - Fresh is 45 mins and frozen is cooked in 90 mins. I might try to cook from frozen. Mine is a bit flattened out and only 3lbs so i'll try to adjust cooking time a bit.
