Avoiding the downtown core at all costs today. Like @flemeth , I'm not a Basketball fan, but I'm happy they won.

Upside down night - i unfortunately fell asleep in the evening for almost two hours, then was up until 4:30, ick, then slept in. I woke up about 6:30 and asked my husband to put my stockings on, but while I was waiting, I fell asleep and he didn't awaken me.
My right foot is better, pain not all gone but it is at fewer times during the day.
Glad the Raptors win, too! However, it was terrible there was the shooting and so much vandalism from some revelers...

I didn't hear about it Natalka. I was in bed early, up early, didn't watch any news, only logged on to see the outcome. I don't have the patience for the idiots that do dumb sh*t after a win.

Yesterday and today, no foods are appealing so it makes eating anything really hard.

It's the beginning of a busy weekend here: GS's b'day party with his friends, then we'll be over to give him his presents, then tomorrow my Hubby's 73rd b'day plus Father 's Day. We're having brunch there tomorrow...I'm making it and bringing it there since I figured they'll all be wiped out from the kids' pool party there today.
They put our GS's gift on his bed yesterday evening...an electric base guitar/amp and when he went in after his shower, omg!! He was so shocked, he cried, then set it all up and started playing his songs from his 8-string guitar to his 4-string base guitar! I truly believe there's a "guitar gene" that gets passed along! They also bought 3 months if online base guitar lessons until fall when he can take lessons here. So far he's learned all his songs on line since guitar lessons at school finished.
So...toodles for now, enjoy a restful weekend, everyone!!
Good morning gals and guys. It is a wet beginning to another weekend...which means no yard sales today! I had planned to do all my errands on Sunday but I switching abruptly to Sunday because--well, no yard sales! Also the weather looks like it will be better tomorrow and I can get some desperately needed weeding done. I hope everyone else has a sunny, warm day. It has to SW Ontario's turn sooner or later.
