Holy Moly- a BIG whack of snow overnight- well- for here. But we are under a travel advisory because of freezing rain followed by wild winds tonight.

Important Dr. visit today for DH. I hope she can make it safely.

Well, with my new meds, my BP has come down significantly and no morning headaches! YAY!

With my new lenses I can actually read prices on the shelves.

They gave me a code so that I can look up my lab results online. Do you think that I can find it???? No.

D is usually so independent he's like a tomcat when he leaves the house - no one knows where he's going and for how long, but now he wants a bodyguard to accompany him if he goes out in case he falls. We did 500m to the bank and back in that 10cm of snow we were promised. Here we are marching high single file through the snow like an old German couple and I am thinking OMG he has turned into my father! (This old Germans thing, they like the man to lead the march, woman following briskly and dutifully behind, both with hands clasped behind their backs...) lol I can't wait for him to get better and give up these heritage moments!

The satellite tv is out and that usually means a heavy storm will arrive in an hour. Forget barometers, I have Bell. It's lightly freeing-raining right now and I still have to do a milk mission in the other direction from the bank.

Oh i'll be ok but still not great this afternoon. I am drained and tired but going to work wed. My aunt went and picked up a bunch of stuff for me this morning. What's crazy, I was worried since I missed 2 days of work. Usually I don't get my gst because it goes to my bankruptcy trustee. This afternoon she calls me and says she has a $102 gst check and I can pick it up any time.

The rain has been falling since around 4 p.m. here, well I mean I was not actually outside but I suspected it started then.

Oh, @22hicks ....isn't it just the worst?!! It's miserable here, too...DH just came in with an unhappy Jenny: it's RAINING here right now!! Ahthough to be honest, I like it better than snow, but I just hope everyone keeps their wits about them tomorrow on the roads if that all turns to ice!! I wonder if our DD has to drive to one of her other banks...I pray she doesn't!

I'm sending that picture to my GF here in town, that's a spitting image of one of her 3 fur-kids! He probably has the same attitude, too, but all her dogs are darlings..

I hope it doesn't freeze where you are. The rain was ok, wet, but ok.
But the ice is a killer.

@22hicks , our DD has a miserable cold and they all rely on Buckey's liquid...she says it's the only way she can get a decent night's sleep, it helps her congestion and breathing so much....Are you though your antibiotics? Maybe that stuff will help you at night....
