Woo hoo!! How did you know that Siggi's is my newest fav. yogurt!!??
I am actually NOT allowed to have it on Dr. Poon, but the Plain one, 0% fat is the one I buy and 3/4 c. is my serving that I add stevia and no carb cocoa powder to! It " kinda " tastes like chocolate pudding that way, if you close your eyes! ha ha

Just had a visitor, Tex, a five year old German Shepherd. Gosh he is handsome and uber-friendly.

I was sitting at the side of the bed, he came and sat beside my leg so I could keep petting him and giving him head scritches. If I stopped, he would put his head backwards to look at me with these big beautiful eyes, saying more, please. Really nice young woman with him, she does three floors here, and another hospital, too.

So I got a good animal fix.

He wanted to give kisses, but I declined.

@Lynn49 - so me and your husband are unknown twinsies!

When I read about it, it kinda doesn't seem to fit, since my pain is below the ball of the foot, more towards the heel. But the PT poked and prodded lots to see what types of movement and/or pressure generated pain. She came back later to see if I could pick a wash cloth off floor with my toes, while I was sitting. I couldn't do it with either foot, she says that's because I am so weak.

I just want this all to stop. Enough new crap already!

My roommate just left on a day pass - in her case, it will just be a few hours.
Aide asked her what she will be doing - Zane said "second honeymoon" - she is so sweet!

She is 81, husband 84.

Hope and pray everything works out for you soon sweetie..you been going through enough painful things ..time for those doctors fine out what is going on .keeping you in my thoughts and prayers always ..thinking about you sending you big hugs

Popped a few advil this morning. Might grab a few more shortly.
Flu/chest cold/head cold...not sure what it is, but it's being persistent.
I also took a couple of Vitamin C tabs this morning, and had a large glass of OJ. That seemed to help for a while.

Lucky you getting love from my favorite dog breed! They're far too big for our little house, one day I will have one though.

Feeling better today...running at about 90% capacity.
Still a few sniffles, and a slight cough here and there, but overall getting back up there.
Don't know what it was/is, but I'm getting rid of it!

When will spring be here!? I don't mean the date...I know that's tomorrow...I mean actually be here?
Positive note...we did see our first Robin hopping about in the field when we arrived home last evening.she didn't look too large just yet...but larger than winter skinny!

Glad to hear you're almost to 100% Dan, it's such a relief when you know it's finally going away, isn't it.
I haven't seen or heard any robins as of yet, but the little chickadees have been chirping up a happy little storm every morning. They seem to love the shrub I have in front of my kitchen window and they have their morning meetings there every day, rain or shine.
