Life hasn't been treating me too well lately, on top of all my usual aches and pains, I have been dealing with a gut bug.

How quiet today in here!!

WHAT an absolutely gorgeous day out there!!! I couldn't stay in...took a drive across town to Fabricland, and omgodness if I didn't have such a stash I'd have bought the place out with those sale prices!!! But I resisted...I just bought fabric to go with a stunning wolf print that I want to make an apron out of for the guy who took our GS fishing last year and who just hosted the street party. He asked his wife if he could put his apron on and there was an instant, "No." I asked someone why, and they said it was too risque and she doesn't care for it. This one will be more acceptable, I hope. The wolves have mesmerizing torquoise eyes and I bought some fabric to match so that I could do a little border around the apron with that, maybe a pocket hankie too, and I'll back it in black, with black ties. I hope it turns out like I'm picturing it!

Other than that, not much going on!! Which I think is a good thing.
@GoJays , two things: is channel 4 your XM station? Whoa, Girl!! NOT mellow enough for me...hahaha!! Good thing we're not sharing rides to and from work! Also, sorry, I don't get the reference to that global warming and "Rosie" meme...

That's a reference to the Titanic movie where Jack Dawson dies in the icy water but Rose is saved. So now the water isn't icy any more because of Global warming. Does that make any more sense?

They seem to have found the bodies of the 2 young men who were being sought for 3 murders in Northern Manitoba.

Going to a free theater performance tonight with my friend from Cambridge. 12 Angry Men - a Drayton performance here in Cambridge.
She also prepared dinner as a trial run for her family who are coming next week from B.C. She's a great cook so I don't mind being a Guinea pig!

Hope everyone has a good night and Thursday. I’m a bit deflated tonight. I got an email that the 5k I was getting ready for this Sunday was canceled due to low registration. Oh well I’ll get my $40 back but I was excited about it and it was coming soon. I was planning my workouts this week so I wouldn’t overdo it going into the weekend. Anyway tomorrow will be a hiit spin class.
