Good morning, friends! Long a d fun day ahead. My friend called yesterday offering free ticket to the official Stratford opening of "The Front Page." It's a fast moving but very L..o..n..g play (With 2 intermissions). Starts off seriously and then gets very funny. Wizard acting by the leads.

So late night last night and no packing. Won't take long though. Walked Tootie and fed her but when we got in bed, she couldn't settle- so, dedicated dog-mum here...got up, dressed and took her back out so she then went right to sleep.

Beautiful night with moon illuminating the whole sky.

But, although I am awake, I am very tired.

Well- I have taken my wake-up pills to calm my head and will just surf for a few minutes before getting up.

Jeebus...thought I hit post when I wrote this this morning...

Feeling better today...turns out I just need to have a good afternoon nap yesterday...Wish our office would implement a mandatory nap time each afternoon!

I do this every night.
While the lady and I are chatting about what is on the schedule and to do's for the next day, I always send myself reminders and the to do list for the day to my work email so I have it fresh and at the top of my inbox in the morning!

I'll hit send, put the phone down...and then the phone will ding that I've received a message on my work account. I'd say 50% of the time, I go to pick up the phone before stopping myself once I realize that was my own message.

At camp, spent a sweet evening with the kids and GS playing Phase10 on our deck,...no dinners, lol, just made up a charcuterie board that we all nibbled through.

I'm under the weather lately with a recurring problem, so we're not sure if I can go to the festival an hour away tomorrow. The kids are going this evening since they have the sandcastle building contest here tomorrow. Time will tell where we'll be.

Good morning! It's another chilly, overcast day here. I have the furnace turned up. I can't remember another summer this cool, cloudy, and wet, at least not since I started gardening (and so, started caring more!) 15 years ago. Parts of the garden were zapped by frost on the 9th. Just crazy.

It's going to be a low-key day here. I need to walk downtown to pick up some wrapping paper to wrap my penpal's birthday gift. We've been writing for about 35 years. Time flies!

@GoJays - that chocolate chip meme made me laugh out loud!

Going to make some hot chocolate and get on with the day. Have a nice one!
