So tired but it’s a good tired. Did the 5k race on sat morning. After that was a quick shower. Then I headed out to volunteer with the liberal campaign here in timmins. They even paid for my lunch at subway. Today was a spin class for charity. I forget their name but it was to support a kids medical bills. After that I did weights and some of the weight machines. Got home and almost fell straight asleep lol. Tomorrow is a spin class and then my eye exam. So hope my switch to contacts goes well. I’m going to go with the monthly contacts because they are more affordable for me. Hope everyone has a good week ahead.

That's a busy weekend, @cabmonk !

Went out to supper with my friend and my BrotherR. Great buffet.

Doing bits and bats of things and watching TV.

My cousin in Chatham has been out of touch with the family for a while. He has never really treated his body well. Smoker and drinker. He has been committed to hospital in very bad shape.
Seems he may have cancer and is down to about 75lb. His sister is the mother of the young woman I just married in Niagara Falls. She is beside herself with worry. She has lost both her parents in the last 2 years.

He is having a bone scan in the next couple of days. He also has a blood clot in his leg.

Any prayers and good thoughts would be appreciated.

Heading off to bed, my friends. Sleep well!

Waiting for the pills to kick in.

On our walk last night, Tootie approached a little hoppy toad. It hopped, she freaked and took off at lightning speed looking over her shoulder all the way to see if that "monster" was following us.

Poor little timid girl.

Got the afternoon off today ..so yes !! I’m heading to the beach ..my time is running out for beach day here on the Rock ..beautiful day to walk and look for some bury treasures 🐚..will drop by again today see how ya all doing ..take care yourself 😘
