Good morning!

I hit the like button, @GoJays , @danger_dan , primarily for Tasha's response. Too funny!

Feels mild out there, in my houseboat, waiting for Jenny to do her businesses, so that was nice. Just sipping coffee this morning with Hubby and catching the news.

I hope everyone heard about the meat recalls at Metro and FB, and the Zantac recalls.

I knew the Zantac was coming but I know nothing of the meat. Doesn't affect me anyway. The last meat that I bought from Metro, we'd already had for dinner last week and we're still upright and I don't buy meat from FB. But now I'm curious as to what's wrong with the meat. Off to Google now....

All expiration dates from June 3 to August 3... meat doesn't last that long in our house

Well I guess that I purchased the last bottle of Zantac- ha! Already took it this morning. Yoy! But I do have an appointment with the dr. to discuss all this. Thanks, @Lynn49 for the heads up.

My sore throat and chest cold continues, so I have cancelled again for my exercise class at the Y.

Meeting at 3, though at my BrotherR 's Lodge to hear about his move to a permanent room.

My nephew has a reading week from university next week already so it will be good to see him.

As to my houseboat...bathrobe?...I can sometimes convince Jenny to go back to sleep in those wee hours, but when she sits at the corner of the bed, staring out the bedroom door, I know she means business...so out we go. See? Totally innocent. No mischief here. Nothing to see.

Wrt this cough/cold, I'm into my mid-3rd week, so be patient....

I'm glad you checked, @GoJays ..some people buy lots at a time esp if on sale and freeze it, so who knows if some of it's still around. I hope everyone checks; e coli isn't anything to take lightly.
