Good morning everyone hope you all had a great and safe weekend

Since it’s not too hot here I am going to be outside doing some cleaning around the back yard getting all the twigs, and pull the weeks from the vegetable garden. Also need to clean a little, and pick up a few things from the store.

Good morning to the 3 of you! ( @danger_dan , @flemeth @GoJays )
We were able to flip off the A/C yesterday and last night I experienced very restful sleep which I contribute to the steady flow of a fresh cool breeze coming into the window.
However, the freaking bird that decided I had gotten more than enough rest at 5:00 a.m. was another story. I wouldn't have minded a " birdie song " but his talent was just ONE single beep of a chirp over and over and over!

Just listened to the ( Democratic ) Mayor of Atlanta, Georgia ( Keisha Bottoms ) as she described her family's present ordeal ( testing + for the virus ) it taking EIGHT days for their tests to come back, having one of her children asymptomatic and her DH's loss of 20 lbs in a matter of days as he slept around the clock not able to even speak without drifting back off.
And during all of that as she tries to do her job based on the science of the virus, the pig headed Republican Governor ( KEMP!! ) continues to try and thwart her every recommendation.
Who can possibly be against wearing masks at this point??

A cool morning I open the windows for some fresh air to circulate in the house. Guess will have to close up the windows once I hear the Ai/C starts working? My DDs and Thor like it to be cold in the house.

Good morning!
Still at camp, it's more like home here now, so it's easy to stay.
Seasonals here are keeping clear of "transients" since we dont know them, although our GS was playing shuffleboard with a group last evening. It looked to me like he was staying clear of them, and when he saw me and waved, I moved my hands apart to remind him of distancing. He nodded and then I heard him explain to a person there what I did and why, lol. Helicopter Mom? Heck no, helicopter Baba! Hahaha!

Another beautiful day here, hope it's the same for you.

Things are eerily the exact same ....every day. I rise, do a few tasks ( chores ) , run an errand every 2-3 days. Yawn....
I am so grateful to be retired. My mind has wandered into the " what if's " and DH and I both agreed that we would have lost our Sh*t if this pandemic had happened when our 3 were young.

Hoping we can all stay as healthy as possible ( underlying health issues being what they are ) until this virus scoots away!!
