Yes I will now join the small group who have posted early. ( you know who you are ) .
Blue Jays relief pitcher Adam Cimber BLEW the game last night with one stupid throw to first base
" trying to keep the runner on there ".
The Oriole darted over to 3rd base after that wild throw. Baltimore ended up getting runs they should not have and won the game. Grrrrr!
I made a batch ( 8 large ) of Coffee Buns last night, and man are they delicious! Labour intensive but fun.
Video recipe here, thanks to @Purdee for posting.

We had all our windows open last night, that cool air was so welcomed, made sleeping that much easier. Plus the A/C took a break.

Ok. Those coffee buns are FAR too much work for 8 buns, @walkonby , so I sure do applauded you for pushing through with them. Bet they're tasty as can be, though!

    A beautiful day!

Did I mention that on the anniversary cruise last weekend among the islands, our couple had tagged and released about 30 monarch butterflies to commence their trip to Mexico?!
He said their babies will return to us next summer....sniff.....I hope so...but still, they were so beautiful.

Ok! Carry on! Jenny and I are on our swing and I'm sipping Matt&Steve's Caesar. 🥃

@HermanH , our friend's a retired professor at our university here, an entimologist, and what he has, are numbered stickers that he applies to the butterfly's wing. When they get to Mexico after their 4,000 mile flight, people there photograph them, capturing the tag numbers and report them so that they know where it came from. They're amazing little critters.

We call him the 'butterfly whisperer' because he can walk all over our park with one or two on his hand to show the kids and adults what they look like up close, and if anyone wants to, like our Grandson, he places one on their hand. Why they stay so calm I just don't know.

Enjoy! It's an amazing journey for them.

I think it's so cool how the tags are coded and evaluated. I believe they did/do? (I don't know, because of Covid) some amazing programming with the Guides and such around here. Have you ever been to the Guelph Butterfly Conservatory? It's so amazing and peaceful.
