Morning, everyone!!

I can't WAIT to get this 24-hr BP monitor that inflated every hour through the night...small beep, turn the light on, watch the screen to make sure I didn't get the "Err" notice, clicked light off, back to sleep...every single hour! It comes off at 12:30, not a second later! I had such a welt on my upper arm we had to pad it with gauze for heaven's sake, just where the cord was attached to the cuff. This has been no fun. Poopy, actually.

I did hear about that awful storm you southerners had last night, with a tornado forming somewhere there. I'm thinking there'll be even more of that next summer.

Other than that, not much going on, this will be our 2nd to last camping weekend before we settle down to a lovely fall and a horrible winter...sleet, snow in Ontario is forecasted by the Farmers Almanac. Lovely.
At least it brings Christmas.

I had that BP monitor on overnight! What a pain in the butt! Kept waking me up all the time. I think it was because i was concious about having that thing on my arm.

This is a picture of Stella 5 years old the new addition to the familly!!! Eve is not happy hahaha!!!! Stella is declaw at the 4 paws,operated and came with her food,her litter,her litter container,her toys and brushes and so on... and was free !!!! thanks to kijiji!!! For the moment it is not an happy moment for her and eve but I suppose that will be ok in a few days or a week.Eve and Stella are hidden at their places hahaah....eve is very angry...but I have faith that will be ok they need to relax and get togheter to know each others. adapation time

I'm thrilled for your new adoptee! ( and for you and your Dad to have 2 kitties together now for entertainment and snuggles )

Well the Jays pulled off their 7th straight win tonight! I can hardly breathe! Imagine Guerrero Jr smacking his 41st HR off of a pitch by the closer Chapman??! I can see Chapman is not himself. He's been a lights out closer in the past, so this does not fare well for him.
Tomorrow dare I hope for the sweep of the Yankees??

My DD petite mineou had 3 babies. They are 1 week old right now. If you are looking for a kitten they should be ready in about 2 months. Just in time for Christmas.

@cath007 , congratulations on the new fluffy addition to your family! Our Dd already had a beautiful black cat, about 5 years old, then they adopted 2 Siamese kittens! It took a week or two to figure out each other's positions in their feline family, but they're all friends now...ok...they tolerate each other now, lol. They do all sleep on their bed at night, so I guess they're pretty okay with each other. Enjoy your pretty girl!

@walkonby , when NY tied them with that 3-run inning I thought, 'oh, here we go again, pulling defeat from the jaws of victory' but I saw how disappointed Guerrero was in the dugout after he struck out, and I felt that he had a plan in place to fix that! Go Jay's!

Nothing new here, heading to camp for our second to last weekend, closing up next weekend if it hasn't rained. Then on to Christmas!!

Oh and don't bother trying to PM at either NF or FreshCo , those sly foxes only have 3 lb. bags out.
That was pretty much MY morning...gas up the vehicle for DH, shop, get disappointed in no PM-ing. Drive to FB reluctantly...all is good now, I found my safe place back in my pj's once I got back home.

I've encountered the 'deliberate/accidental' mis-match of produce bags, too.

Once, the advertisement did not specifically name the grower/brand (i.e. just said '3lb bag'), so I went to the other store (that did not have 3lb bags available) and got 3lb from bulk and got them to price-match.
