Glad to be in the company of familiar faces,not that I've seen them I only have your avatars to go by. Mind you mine is a reasonable facsimile!
Blessed to finally celebrate Thanksgiving with family last Sunday(it's been nearly two years but better safe than sorry).
Once again I'm outta here as already passed my allotted time before pain kicks in. Need to come more often then I'll have less catching up to do.
Take care of yourselves and one another. One day/hour/minute at a time,whatever it takes,you will get there.

Hello my friends! Everything electronic in my life has been pooched for a while. Finally found a way to say, "Hi!"

We all had our 3rd Covid Booster this morning and flu shots if you needed one. (I had one last week
With restaurants opening up, our Bistro may be back to full capacity but many people are still feeling cautious.

I usually start sending my Christmas cards to England but I include a yearly letter to fill people in, not really a lot of cheery news about the last year, and my laptop has been down so I haven't started that yet.

So, Hallowe'en this Sunday, our minister has suggested everyone dress up. Her sermon will be about "Ghost Stories in the Bible."

I know you will have your costume all ready, @Lynn49 - Yeah, right! LOL.

I have resisted buying mini-chocolate bars until later in the week as we don't get trick-or-treaters, but some people share things around here.

A serious 3+ hour nap has now ruined any chance of more sleep. It will be a see how I feel day which will determine if a new meal gets made or if I stick the guys with leftovers.

Off to my chiropractor this morning, fingers crossed the improvements I'm feeling continue and get even better.

Last night's dinner via Chef's Plate was awesome! Turkey Poblano Pasta! We've never had it before and I had to hold myself back from dumping Hubby's serving onto my plate! It's nice these come with a full ingredient list and directions: we'll be making it again!
We opted to try both that company and Hellp Fresh...so far this dish topped the other, but we have a few left to sample.

Ok! Time to get moving!

What a difference a day makes! Yesterday blah and today mild and sunnier by the minute!
Highlight of the day next to waking up was getting my flu shot and DD giving me a lift to the doctor's and back! I am blessed!

Absolutely nothing to do today...watched a pvr'd Hallmark movie with Jenny...um..yep. That's about it!!
