A rough day, affected by the damp, windy weather….cancelled chiro….not pedicure. I’m in pain, but still vain!

awww @Lynn49 , well I mean yeah, priorities like sloughing the feet of " whatever isn't pretty " and getting those toes painted wins out every time! We are NOT impressed by the dull, damp weather here atm. Good thing I noticed the new Ant Man and The Wasp: Quantumania is available to watch on Disney+ . I shall get some Orville Redenbacher kernels into the air popper soon. Enjoy whatever day is happening in your area all!

G'day, @walkonby! I'm blessed with no calluses (t's a joke there, lol...evidently I don't use my feet enough) but yes, pretty toes are quite simply a must this time of year, although, with the temps dipping AGAIN here, sandals may not be appropriate this weekend at camp.
It's COLD out there! Only 5! We go from summer to fall here right now. UP to 14 today, 18 tomorrow, but still ... frost advisory overnight.

I have delphinium plants that have gone from 3" to 12" in their pots and I need to get them into the ground, but we still may get frost, and yet we're at camp so no covering/uncovering possible. Hubby said he'll make a "greenhouse" for them enough to cover them at night, yet they can get sunshine during the day. Sure hope it works, I've been babying these plants since we bought them at our horticultural society's event in which our friend was guest speaker. They planted their plants on the island in pots...but I want them here in our back garden.

So.....not much else to report, really....we should be heading back to camp tomorrow...and OH!!!!
I DROVE up the hill to all my favourite stores yesterday!! WHAT a difference after those eye surgeries! Everything is so much sharper and clearer!
So now I know I can do grocery runs into town when we're at camp and not my Hubby all the time!

Good Morning! Just a heads up for everyone. I recently started using Food Hero. the Food hero in my area was offering boxes of ice cream, banana chocolate popsicles, Yukon drumsticks, and ice cream sandwhces, bryers ice cream, chagnon chocolate cherry ice cream, etc. since summer is almost here, i ended up buying 12 boxes of mixed frozen treats for $28.00. So check our the food hero in your area.

@GoJays OMG i remember doing that exact same thing when i was a child - trying to figure out how the fridge light works LOL
i must add that i moved to Canada from a poor country when i was 10 so the fridge was new to me!
