2019 Mail In Rebates

I didn't get a set of rebates that I sent out the end of August. It was all on one receipt, directed to different PO's on the envelope (my first time doing that).

I did the same thing for my dad (bought at the same store), and he got all his rebates back no problem.

It's probably too late to complain, I tried to google where to complain, but don't really know who to call/email.

Anybody know the contact?

I am no sure who you should call but I would have call the company and hear who the suggest for you to make the complain to

I've never had any rebates go MIA after sending multiple claims in 1 envelope, which I've done a few times while knowing that by sending them together, I'm probably accepting a higher level of risk that I won't receive some or all of my claims. I do keep copies of my receipts and claim forms, although there's no assurance they'll help if any claims do go missing.

Finally got my cheque yesterday for Air Wick Freshmatic or Scented oil starter kit rebate (PO Box 13961) from late last year. Cheque date is Mar 21.
I did a follow up thru http://www.smartsaver.ca/en/contact-us/ but that was already 1st week of April and even made a call to 1-800 number they provided in email reply.

SmartSaver now has a MIR for "LYSOL AUTOMATIC TOILET CLEANER (Blue Power 6, Power & Fresh 6, Click gel, or Nature Fresh Inspirations)" available to print.

I'm sure we'll have another way to access RB rebates & coupons soon enough. SmartSaver wasn't around for that long really lol.

The Lysol toilet cleaner MIR has re-appeared. It's the same one that was on Smartsaver, so for those who have the form already, there's no need to print off another. But for those who don't, it's now on Websaver.
