When you print this from Facebook, it's a tiny MIR form from Websaver, PO Box 12118. (Each MIR form has a unique bar code and UID, so you can't use a photocopy or duplicate copy). All it says is you can save up to $25, but it doesn't specify if only certain package sizes are eligible, or if it's store-specific (FINISH MIRs will often have these stipulations). Would Costco be an approved retailer for this MIR? At Costco a 100-count package of FINISH Quantum Max costs $22.89 in the warehouse, so I think this is the largest package one could buy without exceeding the $25 limit. As a comparison, an 80-count package costs $27.98 at RCSS.

I've messaged their email several times to find out if Costco receipts are eligible. Sadly, they never replied. Maybe their FB page is more helpful? The 80 count package is sold at Walmart and Amazon for $23 so that would qualify.

While $30.99 for a 2-pack on Costco.ca is a great deal, the fact that it's a 2-pack might be problematic because the mail-in rebate is for 1 package of Finish. Can you believe how small those numbers are?
I printed two from different FB accounts. Both the barcodes and UID are unique are different from the ones you postedAnd why so small?! I don't need glasses but had to bust out a magnifying glass to readQuote:
