    747 is officially named " Colbert " but not for the play on words with the sound Bear and " bert " make, no it's because 747 share an ear deformity similar to Late Show host Stephen Colbert.

    Colbert spoke about it on his show back in 2021 when Otis was voted fattest bear.

    It been 3 weeks now post covid i have walked around the big block about 3 times since the other day -it take about 18 -20 minutes .I still have a bit of a cough now and then and i am a little out of breath on the hill.

    I made the best black bean tacos the other night. They are so good!!! Will have 2 for lunch today (use up avocados)
    It was like a treat and so healthy! They taste better the day after for sure!

    I know I will not get the chance to walk as much as I walked my 3 km at the other school for the new school but I will try my best to keep it up!!!

    Walked the track yesterday afternoon. Will go again tonight. It just gets dark so early now to walk around the neighbourhood.

    Just trying to get my steps in this week (that girl time of the month and I feel like crap!) I do not feel like putting on a bathing suit and jumping in the pool for Aquafit. Will get back at it on Monday. (I also can't get away in the morning this week so I guess it was good timing)

    I have BLSL chicken breast, cabbage shred/mushrooms/peppers/onion to make something yummy for dinner.
    Also have to cook up roast that is thawed.

    Grabbed a few healthy items at No Frills/Independant this morning to make healthy lunches this week.
    Rye bread, cucumbers, clemetines and blueberries. When I have these items I love making our lunches

    My workouts have slid lately I had a sinus cold at the beginning of November and then when I could properly breath to workout I've had some other health issues arise. I'm going for a bunch of tests at the beginning of December and hopefully that will figure it out. My dr. thinks it is the lesser of the options and the easiest to fix which would be amazing. I kinda feel it's the same thing too. Fingers crossed.

    I'm sticking to walking which is killing me! I wanna run SO BADLY!. Better to be safe than sorry.

    Same boat. I want to run sooo badly, but keep cutting it short if I get even a slight twinge of pain in my knees. If I try to run through the pain/irritation, it will become inflamed and require an even longer recuperation period.

    @HermanH it sucks when you want to do something so badly but can’t. Never take the ability to work out (running for me) for granted.

    I normally dislike doing my daily push-ups and thus procrastinate constantly. However, when I broke three ribs and couldn't do any, I was amazed at how much I wanted to do them! I had to heal for 5 weeks, but got back to them ASAP. I was surprised how difficult they were to do, even with a relatively minor absence of 5 weeks. It just goes to show how quickly health can deteriorate, if left unattended.

    Absolutely! That’s why even though I can’t run I’m walking, stretching, some weights and I’m going to try riding this afternoon. Movement is medicine
