Apparently, where the inserts are distributed is determined by the companies, so presumably, they can choose to have the inserts delivered or not to the addresses that are on each individual carrier's route. I know that in the past, I've sometimes not gotten inserts when people in other parts of Mississauga did, and vice versa.Quote:
