All my contacts in the great Toronto area did not receive the P&G insert, so they'll double check the upcoming flyer bundle.

Apparently, where the inserts are distributed is determined by the companies, so presumably, they can choose to have the inserts delivered or not to the addresses that are on each individual carrier's route. I know that in the past, I've sometimes not gotten inserts when people in other parts of Mississauga did, and vice versa.

Sometimes the carrier just doesn't put them in the paper too. At my old place, I complained about not getting them and my paper would come in a bag when all my neighbours just had elastics around theirs. No inserts for them but one in mine.
The carrier changed and we all started getting them (plus got flyers a day earlier)
