    I just found this out that the Instant Pot was invented in Ottawa. Do you have one? I already have several pressure cookers and slow cookers, since I like to cook in bulk.

    I do not have one. There are some SCers with the Instant Pot used as part of their regular meal preparations.

    I LOVE My Instant Pot! So far we have made: New York Cherry cheesecake, Beef stew (total time from prep to cook under 2 hrs!) and potato salad.
