Coupons not working

I see the issue has made it to the CBC

I was able to get my 20x WUS $50 on Sunday, but noticed my 700 WUB any Brookside chocolate product didn't award. On the plus side, I was able to access my account online, and took a screenshot of it sitting in my loaded tab.

Anyone know if their system is working yet????

I loaded my coupons this morning before I did my shop. I got the points but when I check online the coupons are still loaded and not redeemed. I am using a desktop, fyi.

I tried for 2 days to load my 20x coupons to do a shop but I still can't get into the website. So disappointing.

I can now load my coupons but not excited to go use them if it's going to require another phone call or email

My wife went into our local SDM to fill a prescription today and they told her that they have been down since Monday and that store Is already 300 prescriptions behind. They said they could not fill the whole prescription but they could give her a couple of pills to last for a couple of days or she would have to go somewhere else to fill it. They also told her that most SDMs are up but not that particular store

They just called and asked me to leave a message for my wife that her prescription is ready so obviously that store is up and going again.

Does show you though how vulnerable we are to the computer age

Shoppers optimum is down again.....yesterday my account said zero points and I also could not log into PC points as well. The recent optimum mailed out coupons don't work either.....another call into 1-800 shoppers......grrrr.

My local store did not have trouble with applying my offers to yesterday's shop(did not realize I had gone over $20 so that applied my 15x bonus points offer) and net bill was under $20 (three baked items had $2 off coupons-so score!).
I noticed that Shoppers has pushed out an offer by e-mail today regarding recent system issues-earn 8000 bonus points wus $40 (not as good as wus $30 for the same points). So the company heard the complaints about Optimum being down.

My pushed out (via email) offer for tomorrow only is 20x points for 30$ purchase - will use a 8000 points for $30 on Wednesday that I already had in the queue instead.
