We would normally have turkey or ham, but this year we are going to have roast beef.
There are two turkeys in the freezer though.

Since Easter Sunday is most likely a soggy one, we will be having Prime Rib Roast instead of steaks. 16 oz steaks was the original plan.

Having both! friends are cooking a ham Saturday evening with all the trimmings and I'm cooking Turkey on Sunday (I'm still trying to find a friend who might lend a turkey deep fryer, if not the big bird will go in the oven) We both got from collecting Turkey Bucks at Foodland, I had $31.00 Turkey bucks so my turkey was FREE (and the ham as well)
Easter is such a big deal here, I love it! A neighbor gave me a full (small) salted cod fish a couple of days ago so I've had it soaking in cold water baths since will bake in the oven with lots of onion and butter tomorrow for lunch..and then for supper a friend is deep frying cod and fries, etc..so a lot of food this weekend ..and chocolate
