    My Shih Tzu has this uncontrollable barking issue to both strangers and other animals that were passing by our front yard. I guess she’s just so happy seeing other people around, but sometimes the barking sound that she produces annoys me. Would you guys think that buying and using a bark collars can help limit her annoying barking sound? Or would you suggest other ways instead?
