Double posting two ways on SC occurring

For over a week, my laptop *when posting something on SC* is getting a message box to leave this page or cancel. I have noticed the message box popping up on library computers when using the public access lab. When my post does post on SC, it shows up as the same post in two separate entries. The cursor cycles for a long several seconds before my post(s) appear on the SC site.

Today I'm noticing while online with my laptop, I somehow am doubleposting within the same post. A tiny gray Updated tag with hyphens before and after the word appear, before the duplicate post. Not sure if my old laptop (Sony VAIO from 2009) is getting some glitch or just not compatible with the SC site.

I've had to edit my posted post to remove the Update and duplicated post sections.

It's a known issue, they are working on it now along with
- users getting logged out
- the reply with quote lookinglikethis
- formatting issues with longer posts

The PM issue from this morning looks to be fixed though

Thanks for the quick reply, @FallenPixels ! Thinking it was time I recycle my laptop before the e-waste day events in my area are over.
