at this point I am mostly in need of UNDERWEAR and hats gloves scarves

I am still working on the shampoo and toiletries but what homeless men need more is the winter clothing and UNDERWEAR

Sorry, no underwear here, I do have a few tubes of toothpaste and a few toothbrushes though, if anyone wants to pick them up. I'm hoping to hit Sobey's in the next couple of days for that Colgate deal though, so I'll have more toothpaste then.

Does anyone know where wool is on sale, or what type of wool we should use to make the scarves or toques? A few of us could knit or crochet up a few scarves and toques. I know Blk_Rose does, but she is out of commission for now the poor thing.

Hmm - I am just wondering if Dollarama toques would be cheaper to buy than knit actually.....

It would actually be much cheaper to buy touques at dolllarama. scarves at old navy , nice fleece scarves for $3 or $4

I can try to find some polar fleece and just cut out some scarves since polar fleece doesn't need to be sewn or hemmed and it is warm. I will start searching my stash on Monday.

I got 9 more underwear today there was some long underwear on sale for 3.87 at Giant Tiger on north Victoria Trail I think that is the best price ever for long underwear oh and I used a Zellers coupon so for $10 I got 6 briefs
