    To those of you who are mothers, wishing you a lovely day today!
    Hoping you have time with your children today - if not able to in person, at least by telephone!

    Those of you with mothers, hoping you are spending time with them - you are very lucky to have them.

    To those of us who have lost our moms, it's a difficult day - as every day is.
    Look at photos, share stories and happy memories with your family!

    My dear Mom - I think I was three years old in the photo.

    She was an amazing woman - she was a teacher, then after marrying my Dad she was a SAHM of six children, spanning birth years from 1947 to 1972. She was also always active with the church and wider community wherever we were living, doing countless hours of volunteer work. I'd have to write a book to explain how special she was!
