Back when Target was here I got dd a Circo brand yellow owl nightlight. You push the top to turn it on, could use it plugged in or unplugged and it stayed on all night. It's a cross between a lamp and a nightlight
Well her father and I have split, and this is the one thing she wants at both houses. And of course I can't find it or anything similar anywhere. The only thing close to it are night lights that stay on for an hour and since she wakes up the second you turn off a night light that's going to be an issue.
If anyone has one of these night lights that they are done using(doesn't even have to be the owl, just the same type of night light), or knows where I can get something similar that stays on all night, please, Please, PLEASE let me know. This thread is currently associated with: Target

There was a recall on some of these :

But it looks like the owl wasn't included. Just make sure if you do find one, that it's ok.
You may want to look on ebay or kijiji (province wide)Win Amazon Giftcards just by searching with Swagbucks! I've made over $700!!!

Target.com does not seem to have Target Circo lights showing up in results for nightlights.
Amazon.ca did carry the lights but shows the product as currently unavailable.
I'm trying to think of places that carry some Target products but don't know if the night light is one of the items carried by either Bed and Bath store in Hamilton (Queenston & Nash Rd) or Treasure Hunt stores (Dixie Outlet Mall-a blogger mentioned Target products are in the store stock and a new one in Waterdown at Flamborough Power Centre).
I did not realize that there is a Bed and Bath Warehouse in Brampton. http://bedandbathwarehouse.ca/

The poster who mentioned the recall was correct about the Owl light not being on the list.

Home Hardware still sells those plug lights with switches for night time with shields. http://www.homehardware.ca/en/cat/in...ghts/_/N-ntmzp
Home Depot has some kid themed night lights that available online only:
