Optimum program excludes bus passes among other things from being eligible for points.
When Shoppers opens their future new store at the site of the current Hard Rock Cafe in Toronto (it's closing tomorrow),
there will be lots of foot traffic. Proximity to the TEC and the TTC subway all work in favour of a busy site.
Am expecting the Toronto Eaton Centre store to close and the one on King St.E. at Yonge too, if the YD Square location opens.2021-Bring on the sunshine, sweets & online shopping.

The King St. W. store was my downtown post office in the afternoons. Took awhile to get used to accessing the second floor for postal services. But the Hard Rock Cafe site is likely much more accessible and that would help with putting a ground floor postal office in and if there are second storey levels, those could be ideal for private beauty consulations/VIP shopping. Also, the proximity to YD Square will tie in wonderfully for promotions/festivals in which giveaways are handed out. Prime real estate and BT studio is just a block away-can you say media-savvy?
I have found the current Shoppers location in the lower level of the TEC not exactly ideal. It could be ideal retail space for another retailer. Since Shoppers is about convenience for snacks, transit passes, papers, etc., queuing up in the lower level when only one or two tills are open at the storefront is not a fun experience during afternoon rush hour.2021-Bring on the sunshine, sweets & online shopping.
