I've recently discovered a newish GPT site called Earnably - they offer surveys, tasks, videos, and a large number of offer walls. Earnably is open world wide, but the offers available to you will be dependent on your location. At this time they offer payout via Paypal, and bitcoin. They do also offer Amazon.com gift cards, but their site states that those are only available to U.S. customers. Maybe they're not aware that Canadians can order from the American Amazon site.
One thing that I like about Earnably is that you can set up automatic payouts. You can set it up to redeem automatically for a specified amount, and every night their system checks to see if you have enough points, and if you do, it will start the redemption process. I think that's kinda cool!
Earnably has membership levels that provides extra perks as you move up in levels. Every new user starts at level 0, and to move up to level 1 you must:
1) complete at least 25 offers
2) earn at least 1000 points by completing offers
3) redeem your points and get your first payment.
The perks for a level 1 member are: 1% points rebate, 10% referral bonus, and the opportunity to win daily prizes.

To move from level 1 to level 2 you must:
1) complete at least 50 offers
2) earn at least 2500 points completing offers
3) refer at least 1 friend.
The perks for level 2 members include 2% points rebate, 15% referral bonus, the opportunity to win daily prizes, and custom rewards.

Finally, to move from level 2 to level 3 you must:
1) complete at least 100 offers
2) earn at least 5000 points by completing offers
3) refer at least 3 friends.
The perks for level 3 members include 3% points rebate, 20% referral bonus, second tier referrals, the opportunity to win daily prizes, early access to new beta features, priority support, and custom rewards and custom promo codes.
The $1, $2 and $5 payouts cost 125, 225, and 525 points respectively. The $10 and $20 payouts cost 1000 and 2000 points respectively, and the $30 payout costs 2900 points.
Be sure to follow Earnably on Facebook and Twitter because they sometimes post promo codes that you enter on their website for free points!
If anyone wants to give Earnably a try, my referral link is in my siggy :-)
