On August 11th, SDM attempted another recovery for the missing Optimum transactions of July 21st. The missing July 21st transactions have now been recovered and are correctly showing in the transaction tab and in the accumulated balance.
The manual postings for the July 21st points are still in my accounts, so now I'm doubled up for the July 21st activity. I expect more activity as they try and re-adjust for those of us who received manual adjustments for July 21st via call-in.
