So I think they're saying that anything on sale is a no go, but based on what? The price on this item ranges from $4.99-$11.99 and varies from store to store; so how the heck do you know if they're going to honour the offer once submitted?
Maybe its just me, but is this a new trend with CO-51?

Too bad Playtex offer is not allowed at SDM. Their tampons are on for $2.99 but it's not advertised in flyer. Gotta settle for $3.99 price at Rexall, combined with $3 wub2 coupon.
