Do not use or apply for a Wal Mart credit card.
If someone steals your card & uses your PIN fraudulently, you are liable and not them ! Although you are innocent and some thief & scam artist rips you off, its your fault and you won't be reimbursed .
You could be on the hook for thousands of dollars.
