It depends on what you intend to use it for. I mostly bake hearth-style bread. For this purpose, it's just okay. I sometimes use it for my basic loaves, the ones I have around all the time. However, I prefer unbleached, which I use much more often even though a 10 kg bag costs anywhere from 7.99 to 9.99 on sale. And I seldom if ever use NN AP when I want to make a higher quality loaf for a special occasion, a gift, etc.Quote:
