over charging on friskies cat food
I recently visited the superstore here in B'water. I purchase Friskies wet cat food. I found that all flavors except for the 3 newest flavors are on price which is either 79 cents each or 10 for $6. The new flavors are 10 for $7 or 79 cents each. I asked the courtesy desk for an explanation they told me this is done all the time they don't understand it either but common practice. I said this does not make any sense for two reasons 1) why are the new flavors more expensive that is like saying farmers ice cream is in the store the vanilla is one price the strawberry another price. 2) why are both 79 cents each if you buy them individually? This makes no sense to me does anyone know if this is an acceptable practice. I asked for a supervisor to call me but I have not been called as of this date.
