Does anyone have a old Sears catalogue? I am looking to find their coat ratings and I haven't found anything when I google it. Sears would rate winter coats - and there is a particular one I am interested in that states the following, what would you consider moderate temperature to be?:
Warm temperature rating: light interlining for moderate temperatures

That rating seems suited for warmish spring temps or maybe 10C or warmer. Or could be good for car coat use but not a long trek between distant big box stores or a period chopping wood or wrangling yardwork in high winds on a cold day.

Most the Sears HQ staff are going to be let go next week so it makes sense some webpages or parts of the website are no longer in use.
Whoa, I did not know there was an order assist fee if a customer needs telephone help for their online order. Guess customer service has a cost. http://www.sears.ca/en/customer-service.html
It seems even the US Sears website does not provide temperature rating information for coats. I can find how to measure oneself for a bra, but not the coat warmth guide. http://www.sears.com/articles/knowledge-center.html
I checked the Women's Clothing articles and noticed only some product information.Last edited by Ciel; Sat, Oct 14th, 2017 at 01:44 PM.

Saw news item that one should spend any Sears Club points as they stopped being handed out in June. Also if anyone is concerned about warranties, make inquiries now.

At least Etobicoke still has a Zellers holdover in the west-end. Road-trip time? I do want to see that store with the clearance merchandise.
