Oh, I meant to give you a brief update: I actually slept all night for the 1st time.
Pain & discomfort are still there, but not as sharp.

Hope you are not up to read this. I woke up from a startling dream and can't get back to sleep. Will you be getting Trick-or-Treaters or will you be snuggled in your bedroom reading a good book? I would vote for the latter.

Unfortunately @avoncallingu , I won't be able to decorate or shell out this year. It's my very favourite day, but I'm going to miss it.

On the negative front, I ended up back in emergency, then a hospital room for a day & a half, but everything seems ok now. Still really sore & uncomfortable, but alright.

On the positive side, Jake's coming home in about an hour. Can't wait to see him.

Hicks, I am so sorry you had to go backwards a bit. I know having Jake around will cheer and warm you up.

It's too bad about your missing All Hallows Eve! Maybe you can binge watch Halloween movies. There were a few on the Women's channel today, it seems.
