I was in Saskatoon Sears on Wednesday. Signs saying 40-70% but lots of items still at 30% off.
30% off of appliances, towels, furniture, pots & pans. So I walked out without buying or trying any clothes on. Waste of time.

Finally picked out something at my Sears, I kept eyeing them up to see If I could get anything for a price I wanted to pay and today was the day...
Got a pair of Men's Jeans; Tag was $24.97, Red Tagged to $16.97. I wasn't sure what it was suppose to ring at, so I took it to the checkout to see the price and she said is was $8.49. SOLD! Just about the price I like to pay for a pair of pants!

Found a sofa at the Halifax Sears for $499, regular price (or so they claimed) of $999. I Googled the model/brand and the EXACT SAME sofa came up as a Black Friday sale in 2016.....and guess what the price was then....$499. The sofa stayed where it was.

You forgot the Extra 40% off though on Furniture... Or does it not apply in this case?

Went today for the 1st time... not much left and wow what a joke!
I can't believe well I can believe that everyone bought all that overpriced stuff at a much lower discount.
I found 1 pair of jeans that had an inflated price on it. $10 more than the original max. never fit good anyways.
pretty much anything left I could still get cheaper at winners.
furniture 40% off lol I used to get deals like that when Sears was in business.
