Regular price is $6.49. One option is to use the FPC to reach a spending threshold for an offer (e.g. 8,000 Optimum points WUS $30). Another option, since the FPC covers up to $6.99, is to wait until it's not on sale to use the FPC on its regular price of $6.49 to receive 60 Optimum points, instead of 30 or 20 Optimum points if the FPC was redeemed when it's on sale for $3.99 or $2.99, respectively.
