In the shoppers drug mart flyer start this Saturday, it said “ load it to get it , 20X the point offer is waiting, exclusive to Pc optimum shoppers drug mart customers.”
My optimum can has this offer, but my mom do not have this offer. Usually each time I got those offer, but my mom’s card did not have any offer from shoppers. Did anybody know why ?

I get my offers threw emails Thursday i get loblaws and on friday i get SDM ..on those emails it tells me to download my offers ..once i press download on email it takes me to my optimum app and my offers there .. do your mom get emails saying her offers are ready be download ..did she check off that she wanted receive emails from SDM .. if she did send shoppers inquiry not receiving her offers ..they will fix it ..hope this will help you out some

Cath007 ..according to SDM cashiers their telling me ...if I redeem points at shopper for things Im about to purchase .. I cant collect any points ..but go to dominion Grocery store and you can ..last Thursday I redeem 40,000 points on my groceries..when i got home ..i look at my receipt..seen points i earn today was 2800 points ..check my offers and sure enough i got them ..im thinking this is soooo darn crazy..one place i cant get points on my purchase for redeeming points and other place im getting them ..weird or what ..all under same program..

Ohhhhh my goodness savvylady ..what kind of people is they ..they dont want scan your card ..wow!! Is it too much work for them or what ..just like for them say NO ..their not scanning my card ..OMG !!! I be taking this right to manager and asking why is they offering points and cant get them ..im person normally dont say much ..but at time like this i would have say something to someone..maybe send email to head office whats going on too ..wouldnt pass up on this ..you offer points scan my card .

OMG torontogal..thats crazy ..if guy responded to your problem..then who else is suppose respond back ..maybe they have 🤖 🤖ROBOTS responding back now .wow!! CRAZY SYSTEM IF YOU ASK ME ..HOPE BY NOW YOU GOT THINGS STRAIGHTEN OUT WITH YOUR POINTS ..if not keep after them ..dont let them get away with it .

I thought it might be a robot but it was signed with a man's name which made me think it was real. Who knows, they never did bother to respond but my points eventually showed up. I had abandoned the Loblaws PC Points long ago and Optimum may be next for me. I loved it a lot but always complaining takes up time

Missing points also for a Provigo shop. Got my wus points and 1 wub offer points but not the other wub offer. Don't understand why some go through and others done. Oh and my offers don't show as having been used. Spoke with PCO CS who said there's a problem and he couldn't even add the points but promised to do it by end of day. Just tried to log in to check but got an error message.

Still no points from my Mar.28 shop that included the Kikkoman soy sauce gluten-free item. Still no way to change settings on card from earn only to earn and spend.
Think I'll be donating my points soon to either Shoppers Loves Your or PC Children's Charity and be done with the new card program.2021-Bring on the sunshine, sweets & online shopping.

Hi Ciel ..my friend had same problem that your having ..when they combine PC and SDM card together ..she phone loblaws and explain her situation to them ..in few days they had it switch back for her to earn points and spend .. just wondering.. if you contact them get them fix it for you .. i wouldnt stop until i get my points im qualifiy for ..why give them away yet ..try this my friend and dont stop until they help you..send emails , call whatever it takes get what your entitle too ..take care

Hi Silk ..dont give up ..i know it can be frustrating at times ..but keep plunging on ..sooner or later someone is going have fix this problem for you ..i would keep sending inquiries until someone fixes it ..dont back down ..time for Loblaws get all those glitches fix by now ..hang in there and see it through to end .
