I went back on Monday and my cashier remembered my troubles said there was a system error Thursday that you needed to spend $75 (not $50) to get the 10000 pts, so that was an added complication too! So those that spent over $75 got the points, and those that were less than $75 didn't, even though flyer said $50. Friday I had a pts adjustment for 10000 on my account, so I assume when they noticed the glitch they went through the Thursday transactions.
Glad you got your points back

I looked at everyone's examples. It looks like a programmer coding error IMHO. They are giving the senior discount on say milk, $4.39*.8=$3.51. Then calculating the points, likely reading the '1' senior's flag telling them they should get 20% less points and they are discounting the price again before calculating the points.

Example, $3.51 should be 3*15*19=855 points on milk
with programmer error, discounts milk again to calculate points, $3.51*.8=$2.81=2*15*19=570 points on milk

Butter example above, 8 butter with discount $25.54, 600pts/$3 on butter
Incorrectly discount again for points 25.54*.8=$20.43, then div by $3=6.81, round down to 6, 6x600=3600pts

    Hopefully problem is shortlived.
My account and my mom's account both got the double 20x milk offer. I used it on seniors' day and the double 20x milk offer does work, but the seniors' day discount programmer error reduced the points.

It seems the programmer error also reduces regular points and bonus points received from products that are on sale (i.e. that aren't discounted by the seniors' day discount) that are purchased in a transaction with products that had the seniors' day discount applied.

    2 milk regular price $4.39, so $4.39*2*.8 = 7.02
    2 PC condensed milk on sale for $1.99, so $1.99*2 = 3.98
    Subtotal: 11.00
Regular points: 120 (should have been 165)
first 20x points on milk offer: 1425 (should have been 1995)
second 20x points on milk offer: 1425 (should have been 1995)
200 pts for every $1 spent on PC condensed milk: 600 (should have been 800 [i.e. 200*4; I've bought two PC condensed milk using this offer before when it was also on sale for $1.99 and the offer rounds up and considers $3.98 to be $4.00])

I'm wondering if I should submit a points inquiry, since this time there are two 20x milk offers that they can say was offered in error and correct the number of points I receive from two 20x milk offers to just one (the number of points I received from two reduced 20x milk offers is more than I would receive from one correct 20x milk offer).

It's just one person's opinion, but I didn't claim. I figure I'm ahead, and the number of points I might gain isn't a lot compared to how many I could lose.

Did my SDM offer today and did not get any points for the milk . I called and was told I can only get 1 set of the milk points. I was supposed to get 5400 for the milk but the customer rep only give me 2700

Just got back... Things didn't go as planned.

Bought $39 worth of milk - got 11115 pts (so only 20x the points once... which I'm not totally surprised. Still have 1- 20x on milk on my account)
    $20 pepsi beverages - 6000 pts
    knorr side kicks - 800
and a few other things. Subtotal was $70 - base pts 1050
BUT, I only got 8858 in store bonus pts, which is only 19 times bonus on $31 - so that means I didn't get 20x instore bonus pts on my milk. Going to put in an inquiry about that. It's gonna suck if I stop getting bonus pts on milk. That's my biggest points earner by far. Will definitely have to change my strategy if that changes.

Actually the milk offers are now only for 2 or 4 litre purchases, so it sounds like the points were correct.

Personally, I think the milk coupon is just another mess this week that they need to fix (I have one account with one milk coupon, another account with two). I'm still hoping they will allow it with 20x days and other offers, I suppose they could be targeting those that just go in for milk and don't think about big offers. I don't think we will know the answer until they clean up the mess.

I hope you get your points, that's a lot of points to be expecting and not receive.

My shops yesterday, did 20x twice and passed on the milk (which I need!) due to the problems everyone is having. I'll likely go to Rexall today for milk.

    Transaction 1 (Classico and Crest):
    Pretax: $51.86
    After tax: $52.89
    After co51: $50.39
    Total points 46300 on receipt (20x + 20000 classico in-store promo + 9800 held Classico personal offer + 5000 cc to come) = 51300

    Transaction 2 Pretax: $51.84
    After tax: $52.87
    After co51: $50.37
    Total points 26100 on receipt (20x + 9600 held personal offer) + 5000 cc to come = 31100

    Total $100.76, points back 82400

Just a completely wild guess but I am guessing the op paid about 4.90 each. I hope the op answers back just to see if I am even close to right

    Yes very close @Thatdone , @flemeth it was $4.79.

    Spent $4.79 x 10 = $47.90 (20x back 14370 approx + 9800 200/$1 personal + 20000 flyer) = approx 44710 + (approx 4800 cc bonus to come, dh and I both have pcfinancial cards)
