Counter point on app. I get similar message but after that all offers are listed, I can scan my card, see my account and points, and save offers for next week. Seems business as usual regardless of initial message.

I have a question because maybe I'm understanding this all wrong.
I thought points at No Frills worked the same as at Shoppers. You earn 15points for every $1.
Is this not the same with No Frills?
or is No Frills offer based only?
I thought when they added No Frills to the Optimum program everything would be the same?
(I emailed Optimum CS they said you only get points from No Frills by doing offers, is this true? Is this the only way?....that's too bad)
I really wanted to earn on every dollar like at Shoppers..

I used the card on my app a couple times yesterday, then all of a sudden yesterday afternoon I couldn't even log in. Kept getting a message that said something like "Oops! Something went wrong!" Since I never remember the passwords I use for apps, I had to do the password reset, but that was bugged as well...and every time I tried to change my password it was the same "Oops!" message. I waited a few hours then suddenly it all worked and I changed p/w and logged in. I find it strange that I was randomly logged out of the app (first time since I downloaded the app) and then had all that trouble trying to get back in. Even if I knew the password, it probably would have given the same error message, because it just wasn't processing anything at all. The actual website wasn't working, either. I never saw a mention of any maintenance...and I didn't seem to lose any points.
Maybe a word of caution, if you use the app? One time a SDM cashier told me to take a screenshot of the digital card on my phone in case the app was having issues, and they can scan the barcode from the screenshot photo. Or else, carry a physical card...Last edited by r0c0upons; Wed, Apr 11th, 2018 at 08:05 AM.

Just completed a Shoppers receipt survey. Noticed several questions asking me (after my shopping visit questions) if I converted my Shoppers Optimum card to PC Optimum card and to check off what I have done on the new account/website and how satisfied I am with the program (new vs old Shopper Optimum). Thought it was a good way to point out the good and bad of new program. Suggest SCers do a receipt survey to convey their opinions on the card program.

Has anyone received offers for blueberries/ raspberries/strawberries since the merge? I've only gotten 300 points per unit of blackberries.
